Our Payment & Refund Policy

I provide monthly payment options for specific higher priced -long duration programs as a service for your benefit and convenience.  Multi-payment options include a 10&Payment for a program is commonly due on or before the first day of class.  Online payments are the preferred payment option for any program. 

I will not be processing ephemeral type refunds.  If you are totally dissatisfied with the quality of the content or if an emergency keeps you from attending and, consequentially, you are unable to complete the course, then I am happy to refund you for the remaining sessions you do not participate in.  Refunds must be requested in writing, [email protected] within 30 days from the date you registered.  

If you register before classes begin, and you find out you will not be attending at all, we are happy to refund your full tuition if you let me know 10 or more days in advance.  Unfortunately if you let me know the day before, Iʻve already begun to allocate money to Hālau ʻŌhia related admin, resources, material, host honorarium and stuff.  But I can refund you at least 50% of your tuition if you let me know at least 10 days in advance.

If classes are cancelled because of natural/environmental/social disturbances or if an instructor cancels a class, your tuition will be credited to any other program/course in Lonoa Honua.
